Senior Manager, Operations
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to General Manager, you will be leading a team and the prime responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Plan and manage the warehouse daily operations, order fulfilment, distribution operations to deliver high standard of service level in the warehouse and e-commerce business.
- Drive and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the customers KPI are achieved monthly in high standard.
- Closely monitor the cost, productivity and performance of sub-contractors to ensure the monthly P&L budget are met.
- Support business growth with resources advance planning and manpower allocation and development.
- Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations.
Who we are looking for
- Degree holder
- At least 10 years' solid logistics working experience with 5 years at managerial level
- Experience in contract logistics with solid knowledge in ERP system, warehouse design, project management, e-commerce and quality management experiences
- Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is required
- Excellent team leadership, people management and communication skills
