Educated at Bachelor Degree level - Engineering specializations highly desired 
Master Degrees highly desired although not mandatory 
15 years plus experience covering sales/technical/operational disciplines ideally in industries such as manufacturing, engineering and/or equipment 
Strong leadership and management experience including coaching, developing and appraising sub-ordinates - managing large groups of 100 plus employees   
Fluent English ability – Bahasa and Chinese language skills highly desired
Malaysian/Indonesia based
