The company operates a strong local organisation that includes sales, after-sales service, project management, and application engineering teams. Their regional office features a purpose-built showroom facility, enabling customers to experience the machines firsthand while receiving full technical and application support.
Over the years, the company has developed a robust sales, distribution, and after-sales support structure, allowing them to deliver long-term value and technical partnership to their customers.
To support continued growth, they are looking to hire two Sales Managers to develop and expand their presence in Japan.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing customers within the manufacturing sector
The role focuses on selling premium capital equipment solutions, working with decision-makers and technical stakeholders through consultative, solution-based sales cycles.
The successful candidates will work closely with internal teams including applications engineering, service, and project management, ensuring the successful delivery of complex machinery projects.
The successful candidates will have access to selling all products. Both direct and indirect sales experience and developing a network of agents will be highly desired.
