Sales Manager

 

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to create and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.

 

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical/mechatronics engineering with at least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager.
  • Bi-Lingual: English and local language.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in Industry knowledge which include Construction, Mining, Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical.
  • Overseas sales experiences will be preferred.
  • Result-oriented, meticulous and a team player.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preferably to have Class 3 driving license and own transport.

 

Job Scope:

 

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Establish and develop sales strategies for drilling tools and equipment for each assigned market(s).
  • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs, and regularly monitor and report on progress.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
