This freight forwarder is in the process of expanding sales teams and taking a pragmatic approach to recruitment by designing career opportunities for mid to senior experienced candidates. 
 
Below is a general guideline of requirements that are highly desired by this freight forwarder: 
 
Freight forwarding background ideally experienced in sea and air freight although other supply chain modes can be experienced 
Sales experienced candidates should have a DIY (Do It Yourself) approach to developing sales (with support offered) activity based and entrepreneurial culture with trust and flexibility 
Developed SME customer accounts and in constant business development mode 
Market experience and candidates currently based in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Vietnam is highly desired
