Overview 
 
This European outfit is a designer , manufacturer and distributor of power transmission products operating in 80 countries commanding a global network of over 600 distributors. 
 
Already with a strong presence in APAC, this hiring company is in the market to hire a Sales Director to spear head their Korean market activity 
 
Sales Director 
 
The successful candidate will thrive on a smart up project and enjoy using their commercial and technical skillsets to develop and link up projects 
 
To briefly summarise: 
 
Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline - able to handle technical discussions and application centric calculations with stakeholders 
Ideally power transmission component experience or related equipment namely power transmission, gear boxes and drive system experience. 
Commercial ability and good interaction with stakeholders 
Ability to develop projects and collaborate with colleagues across APAC 
Thrive on taking a leadership role and advising on strategy to utilise for Korean market development 
Native Korean professional 
Professional English level required to communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders 
Industry experience of the candidate highly desired includes steel manufacturing, mechanical equipment , OEMs, food and beverages, packaging and material handling not limited to and other related industry experience can be considered.
