Product / Engineering Lead (Manager to Director Level) 
 
Our client is a leading and well established conglomerate and investing heavily in building next-generation digital products and platforms to support its rapidly evolving omni-channel and B2B ecosystem. 
 
As part of this transformation, we are seeking high-calibre Product or Engineering leaders who have a proven track record of building and launching scalable products and solutions from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape a role around the right individual, with scope ranging from Manager through to Director level depending on experience and impact. 
 
The successful candidate will play a key role in defining product strategy, leading end-to-end development, and working cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and technology teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. The position offers significant exposure to large-scale platforms, complex supply chains, and fast-growing digital channels. 
 
Given the evolving nature of the organisation, the exact scope of the role will remain flexible and will be tailored to align with the strengths of the selected candidate. 
 
Relocation support is provided, including housing and children’s education assistance, for international candidates moving to Thailand. 
 
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, including e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, or platform businesses.
