Career Opportunity 
Our client is in the talent market to identify and attract a seasoned professional tasked to occupy the role of Principal Service Manager. The successful candidate will act as a team leader in a department comprising of 30 employees and tasked to manage inventory of multiple key clients. THe successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong 
 
Responsibilities
  • Managing designated principal / client service teams
  • Responsible for development of team members
  • Maintain close relationship with principal
  • Provide guidance to team in handling daily inventory /supply chain matter for assigned principals
  • Monitor inventory level and abnormal activities and make decision to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide team with support in dealing with other departments and principals
  • Monitor daily operations and responsible for workload allocation and planning
  • Searching for improvement opportunities for higher efficiency and control
 
Requirements
  • Degree level or of degree caliber. Supply chain, logistics management or related disciplines will be an advantage
  • Preferably with 5 years’ related experience including 2 years at supervisory or junior management position
  • Skillful in managing top tier principals/clients to providing excellence service
  • Management and leadership experience, with a proven management style focused on coaching and team work
  • Assertive, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communications skill with ability to inspire and motivate
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health care an advantage
  • Supply chain, warehouse & logistics management or related disciplines will be an advantage
