This is a  Hong Kong based high growth logistics tech company focused on adding value via first class supply chain to customers operating in the F&B indutry. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
You will be leading the F&B delivery operations team and the prime responsibilities for this position including but not limited to:
o   Plan and manage the daily operations, order fulfilment, distribution operations to deliver high standard of service level.
o   Drive and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the KPI are achieved monthly in high standard.
o   Closely monitor the cost, productivity and performance of the Operation team
o   Support business growth with resources advance planning and manpower allocation and development.
o   Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations
o   Develop standard operating procedures for the team
 
Who we are looking for
 
o   At least 5 years' solid logistics working experience
o   Experience in Food Delivery is HIGHLY PREFERRED
o   Experience in 3PL with solid knowledge in ERP system, project management, e-commerce and quality management experiences is a plus
o   Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
o   Excellent team leadership, people management and communication skills
