Career Opportunity – Managing Director Operations 
Currently our client is in the market to identify and attract a seasoned Managing Director to lead a team located across Malaysia. The successful candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur. 
 
The successful candidate will thrive on leading and directing the company in all operational matters, driving the business to a new level of operational excellence, efficiency and sustainable profitability. 
 
To briefly summarize:  
Bachelor Degree holder
Over 15 years of experience operating inside operations management with exposure in a technical environment, managing multi-skilled professional teams in a related industry such as Manufacturing, Engineering or Heavy Equipment
Proven track record in delivering operational leadership and 
P&L & Management of department budget experienced 
Lead and direct business divisions and support functions in the company to develop company strategies and action plans 
Direct the day to day operational management of the business, applying as required a hands-on approach
Fluent English written & verbal ability – Bahasa/Chinese highly desired
