GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
As such we are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to work in our Supply Chain and Operations team, to manage and improve logistics workflows as well as lead 3PL management. This also entails driving projects, communication with our global airline customers, brand partners, suppliers and our internal multifunctional organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:Logistics
- Lead logistics workflows, overseeing and leading a team in shipment planning & execution, import/export procedures & documentation, cost improvements and benchmarking
- Manage and liaise with 3PLS (Incl. KPI tracking) and internal departments for logistics and shipment matters
- Lead daily operational activities and enable team to ensure order fulfilment through effective production & logistics planning, sales & purchase order creation, invoicing, import/export handling, shipment execution including documentations, customs clearance and duty administration as well as after sales activities.
- Constantly review existing workflows and provide improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency, eliminate losses and deliver cost savings
- Flow-to-work management and support your team with flexibility to ensure the key business projects and orders across the regions are delivered in an efficient and qualitative manner
Data Entry
- Lead data entry team: PO/SO generation, shipment and receipt schedule update, items and BOM generation
- Participate in Logistics system and Microsoft Navision platform development and implementation
- Prepare reports and data analyses for management review
Demand & Supply Planning
- Create demand forecasts and drive forecast accuracy improvements
- Oversee and take ownership for suppliers’ inventory forecast planning and replenishment
- Liaise with internal and external parties to get alignment on demand forecast and order placement
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers to manage forecast and demand planning
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related disciplines is preferable
- >10 years working experience in logistics sector, covering shipment planning & execution, as well as hands-on 3PL management is preferable
- Leads with strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Flexible approach, ability to adapt to change easily and willingness to go the “extra mile”
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good team player, pro-active and with a mature mindset, outgoing and self-motivated
- Positive, confident and a quick-thinker who looks at the bigger picture
