Our client, is seeking a Director to lead its end-to-end last mile and transport function.
 
This role will take full ownership of the last mile ecosystem, spanning product management, technology development, and physical transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance function that seamlessly integrates tech and operations to deliver efficient, customer-centric logistics solutions.
 
Key priorities include leading the development of in-house logistics products and platforms, optimising delivery networks, and working closely with operations teams to ensure flawless execution on the ground. A critical aspect of the role will be driving monetisation of logistics capabilities through third-party partnerships, developing a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with commercial and sales teams.
 
With a strong focus on growth, the role will also play a key part in shaping regional expansion plans, scaling the last mile model across new markets in the near term.
 
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in last mile logistics, transport, or supply chain leadership within high-growth, tech-enabled environments, with experience spanning both operational execution and product or platform development.
