Key Account Manager - Hong Kong Based 


Our team is currently working with an up and rising logistic-tech company spearheading a regional expansion and therefore in the market to identify and attract a Key Account Manager to be based in their Hong Kong HQ.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Manage a team of account managers


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Degree Holder in Logistics or alternatively with proven experience in Logistics field
  • At least 5 years' solid key account management experience with people management skills
  • Experience in contract logistics; Experience in ecommerce logistics would be a great advantage
  • Excellent team leadership, people management and communication skills
  • Has a growth mindset, can-do attitude
  • Analytical, willing to learn
