Currently our client is in the market to identify and attract a talented General Manager to lead a team located across Malaysia. The successful candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur 
 
To briefly summarize:  
 
Bachelor Degree holders 
At least 10 years of experience operating inside a sales, business development or marketing discipline ideally inside equipment, machinery, engineering and/or manufacturing industry
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans n line with short term and long-term division goals 
Managed budgets for businesses or divisions inside businesses 
Good team leading experience – with coaching, training, developing and appraising skills being primary 
Hands on experience with client visits, developing new orders and achieving long term account s 
Native Malaysian professional
