Field Service Engineer

Brief Description
Currently our client is interested to identify and attract a Field Service Engineer. This role will improve customer satisfaction and support our client's Korea business to be a reliable partner.
The field service engineer will provide on/offline service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and customer training of products
- Management of customer equipment history and implementation of customer satisfaction.
- Field service or phone support for customers related to daily machine usage and
- maintenance.
- Feedback customer reported issue and customer visiting periodically.
- Preparing and submitting service reports.
- Coordinate with Service Sales manager to achieve sales target.
- Behave politely and professionally when in contact with customer.
- Demonstrate good listening and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the Customer
- Coordindate daily contact with customers and other departments
- Frequent domestic and oversea business trips are required.
The successful candidate will be a collaborator and experienced in diversified environments and have an interest in our client's automation equipment
Qualifications
- Major in mechanical/electric/electronic/ Mechatronics or relevant field experience.
- English proficiency: a level of understanding of the technical training and textbook in English.
- Experience in installation/maintenance of machines
Responsibilities
After completing basic training and job-specific training on equipment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Installation, commissioning, and customer training
- Provide training on equipment & software operation and maintenance to customers.
- Deliver customized production training tailored to customer needs.
