Ethics & Compliance Officer, Hong Kong & Macau

Overview

 

RJM has partnered with this Hong Kong based international supply chain business since 2016. Our client is a global leader in the healthcare/pharmaceutical supply chain and warehousing space and a trusted partner by the worlds’ leading principles.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law, Compliance certification(s) is a plus
  • Minimum of five years of solid Healthcare Compliance experience, particularly in relation to Interactions with Healthcare Professionals
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining corporate/regional Compliance programs within the Hong Kong market - including Code of Conduct, and the Anti-Corruption, Gift & Entertainment, Third Party AntiCorruption Due Diligence and Interactions with Healthcare Providers (IHCP) policies
  • Experience and familiarity with local pharmaceutical codes of ethics and practices on sales & marketing activities with HCPs within Hong Kong is preferred
  • Experience in conducting Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and AntiCorruption (ABAC)/IHCP and other related Compliance training for all staff and training the trainers
  • Experience in interacting with Compliance officers, management and auditors of external stakeholders
  • Be able to interact with all levels of staff, including senior management team
  • Experience in managing and conducting investigations on whistleblower reports
  • Experience in cross functional interactions locally, different business units and regional stakeholders
  • Experience in automating or digitalizing Compliance policies and activities
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain industry, good knowledge of Consumer Health business and Auditing background

 

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Must be willing to be hands-on to work and drive Compliance initiatives across Hong Kong
  • Competent with MS Office Applications, TEAMs, events management systems
  • Fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin and English
