Career Opportunity 
The Director of Operations is responsible for the development of operation/process/, design for organization for implementation and delivery of the independent P&L by leading the strategic and tactical implementation of operation related initiatives.  
 
To briefly summarize:  
Bachelor Degree holders 
At least 15 years of Warehouse Operations Experience 
Experienced and passionate about managing large groups consisting of diverse teams. The successful candidate will thrive on managing, coaching and appraising team members 
Ideally experienced in client facing activity and managing key principle expectations 
Track record in Business Development and presenting commercial solutions to clients 
Open style communication 
Pharmaceutical/healthcare distribution experienced for Hong Kong and/or China markets highly desired 
Prepared to work in a fast paced and demanding environment focusing on hitting team KPIs
Cantonese, Mandarin & English language ability or at least (Cantonese/English) , (Mandarin/English)
