The Director of Operations is responsible for the development of operation/process/, design for organization for implementation and delivery of the independent P&L by leading the strategic and tactical implementation of operation related initiatives. 
 
The successful candidate will have core experience in warehouse operations related to batch production accompanied with a track record in people development and coaching. In addition the successul candidate will be empowered with P&L, Business Development, Customer Service and client facing responsibilities. Ideally the successful candidate will be Hong Kong based and a Cantonese speaker
