Customer Services Manager 


Our client are interested to identify and attract a Singapore based customer services professional. Ideally the successful candidate will be a hands on professional with good communication skills coming from a supply chain or operations industry background. 


  • Bachelor Degree Holders highly desired
  • At least 5 years of management experience, proven track record in building bridges with sales and operation departments , mentoring younger team members 
  • Experienced sourcing buying vendors & handling enquiries
  • Sea freight or Freight Forwarding industry experience highly desirable 


The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader and thrive on taking a client centric focus. In addition, the successful candidate will be aware of our client's strategy and priorities and implement them into everyday business activity.
