Business Analyst
This global outfit are a market leader in the seafreight container business, airfreight and in high growth mode from their exisiting network of 300 offices across over 160 countries. RJM have partnered with our client on the recruitment of several South China and Hong Kong based career opportunities.
Currently our client are in the market to identify and attract a Business Analyst who will be based in the Hong Kong office.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Data gathering & Analysis, audit and analyze data to ensure accuracy in all information. Preparation of correspondence, analytics and presentations.
- Reporting and Support. Arranging and coordinating meetings and events. Recording, translating and distributing documents and minutes of meetings. Follow-up with action items from Global Head - Product LCL & Yield Management’s meeting with management team.
- Assist Global Head - Product LCL & Yield Management in conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Arranging client visits, follow up on corporate account development and strategies of Global Head - Product LCL & Yield Management.
- Furthermore to support Global Head - Product LCL & Yield Management with quotations, follow up, keep a close dialogue with customer and sales. Revert and prepare pricing/quote requests.
- Other specific responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Candidate Skillsets
• Up to 5 years of related experience preferably from logistics industry.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis and preparing presentations
• Advanced user of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, others)
• Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin)
