After Sales Manager - Iraq
This international outfit has more than 100 years of global experience in the industrial equipment and services space is looking to appoint an experienced After Sales Manager to develop its aftermarket and customer-support activities in Iraq.
The position will take responsibility for developing long-term customer relationships and growing revenue across service, maintenance, spare parts and aftermarket solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the aftermarket strategy for the assigned market.
Grow revenue across service, maintenance, spare parts, service agreements and related aftermarket solutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing equipment customers.
Identify opportunities within the installed equipment base.
Increase customer retention and recurring aftermarket revenue.
Work closely with service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop maintenance agreements, service contracts and customer-support solutions.
Monitor customer equipment requirements and proactively identify service and parts opportunities.
Support commercial negotiations, quotations and aftermarket proposals.
Analyse aftermarket performance, customer activity and revenue opportunities.
Work with sales, service and technical teams to provide customers with complete lifecycle support.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market developments.
Candidate Profile
Previous aftermarket, after-sales, service sales or customer-support management experience within industrial equipment, machinery, compressors, construction equipment, power, pumps, oil & gas equipment or related sectors.
Strong commercial understanding of spare parts, maintenance and service revenue.
Proven ability to develop existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Understanding of equipment lifecycle and aftermarket business models.
Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
Experience within Iraq or the wider Middle East would be advantageous.
Good English communication skills.
