The candidate is currently based in Italy after living overseas for more than 15 years. The last stint from 2014-2018 saw him as Managing Director for RAR ES a company he built with partners and sold in 2018. This is a company that sold technical parts for production systems (purchased in the EU and assembled in The Middle East and shipped to Iraq) and sold to oil and gas players.
The candidate is very well connected in the Oil and Gas industry and has access to may relevant decision makers. These contacts are based in locations such as Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Africa and Houston and include EPCs (Engineering Procurement Contractors) and oil companies. Many of these contacts are decision makers, CEOs, Operation Directors, Procurement Directors and influencers and all oil and has industry based. The candidate has business development skills that resulted in him developing 6 regular customer accounts in 2 years in Iraq and has mapped clients and decision makers in the territory and knows where they are all based.
The candidate is currently based in Italy (where he has been working no short-term oil and gas projects) but is open to moving back to The Middle East or working remotely. His available for commercial or project management roles onsite, offsite, working remotely or a combination.
