Our team has interviewed candidates in Air and Sea Third-Party logistics with proven track records in operational and commercial projects based in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

  • Bachelor Degree Holder

  • 20 years of Third -Party logistics experience

  • Currently managing a sea freight department consisting of 25 employees including operations, customer services, procurement, pricing, negotiations and invoicing achieving HKD 12 M per month gross revenue and 500 shipment s per month

  • Personally handling her current employers largest customer account (white goods) managing all supply chain products to enhance service improvements, increasing business by importing customer’s spare parts, compressors and chillers. All transactions self-negotiated

  • Native Hindi, English and Punjabi


The candidate is interested in career progression and open to considering a pan Indian role, or possible relocation to Singapore or Hong Kong. Open to building teams and strategy from scratch. She began her career in air freight and was promoted to her current role almost 3 years ago where she has since been sea freight focused.

The candidate is handling her employer’s largest customer account which focused on her outlining all supply chain products which resulted in her accumulating 500 transactions inside 3 months.
