Our mission is two fold:

- For our candidates, we help you find the position that’s right for you and right for your career.
How do we carry out our mission?
We believe in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our employers and candidates. Why? We believe it benefits everybody.
Because RJM Associates, Inc. stands by its reputation as a leader in career placement, we screen all candidates and conduct reference checks for all candidates before they are sent to any client.
